How to wash it?
Saathi can be washed as a regular underwear. It isn’t complicated.
After a whole day of use, they must be washed for maximum efficiency and hygiene. Rinse your Saathi thoroughly, under running water, to ensure that all the absorbed blood is washed away until the water runs clear.
After that, you can choose to hand-wash or use a washing machine to wash the panty with your regular detergent. You can even mix it with similar colours.
You could hang them to dry and they are ready to use once dry. If you choose to use a dryer, make sure they are on the lowest heat threshold, although we would recommend that you use the clothesline instead.
Pre-Rinse:
Following use, please quickly rinse the reusable underwear with cold water to make sure you get rid of excess fluids.
Machine Wash:
Place the reusable underwear in the washing machine alongside similar-coloured items. Opt for a gentle cycle using cold water and mild detergent.
Hand Wash (Alternative):
For a hands-on approach, delicately hand wash the reusable underwear in cold water with a mild detergent. Thoroughly rinse.
Air Dry or Low Heat:
Post-wash, air-dry the reusable underwear, or use a low heat setting in the dryer to prevent damage.
Sun Exposure (Optional):
For natural disinfection and odour elimination, expose the reusable underwear to sunlight.
Storage:
Once completely dry, store the reusable underwear in a clean, dry location until the next use.
